Good Day

Today, March 28, 2025, we dropped in on Dana to check in on her. She was napping on the new donated chaise lounger, and her dogs gave us the biggest greeting. Such sweet and well taken care of furbies! Upon waking, Dana seemed to be in good spirits, if not somewhat stir crazy.

We decided to oblige her with taking her for a walk outside, so we loaded her into her wheelchair, and headed for the "great outdoors." Once we could assess her under sunlight, we saw she actually had some color back and was looking better than she had since we started checking on her! Wonderful!

We ended up leaving her in better spirits, while we left feeling more hopeful for her recovery. She told us they did further x-rays on her at the hospital, and we plan to go address a few of her sutures next visit. The main thing was to get her pain under control, and that was seen to. We made plans for her to make a time to go back.

All in all, this was a very positive visit!
